Terms and Conditions – First Football Trials Last updated: 23 March 2026
Introduction
Welcome to First Football Trials. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (firstfootballtrials.com), our member app (First Football Trials Player Portal), and any services we provide ("our services"). By accessing or using any of these, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our website, app, or services.
Throughout these terms, "you" and "your" refer to you, the person accessing our services. "First Football Trials", "we", "us", and "our" refer to First Football Trials. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
1. Our Services
First Football Trials provides advisory, coaching, and networking services for footballers. We do not guarantee trials, contracts, or placement at any club. Success depends on individual performance and external factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify members where reasonably practicable.
2. Membership, Registration,& Access
Membership of the Organisation shall be acquired only upon the completion of the prescribed registration process and the payment of all applicable registration, commitment, and any other required membership fees. Membership shall not be deemed effective until these requirements have been fully satisfied and approved by the Organisation.
Access to our programmes, services, digital platforms, and member application shall be granted only to duly registered members who have purchased an eligible plan and fulfilled all applicable membership requirements. Unless otherwise stated, the access period shall commence on the date of purchase of the eligible plan.
The Organisation reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate the membership and access privileges of any member who:
- Violates these Terms and Conditions or any applicable policies of the Organisation;
- Engages in abusive, fraudulent, dishonest, unlawful, or disruptive conduct;
- Misuses, reproduces, shares, distributes, sublicenses, or otherwise attempts to exploit or redistribute the Organisation's content, materials, intellectual property, or member resources without prior written authorization;
- Acts in a manner that is prejudicial to the interests, reputation, objectives, or operations of the Organisation.
Any suspension, restriction, or termination of membership or access arising from the foregoing shall be without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to the Organisation under these Terms, applicable law, or equity. Such suspension or termination shall not entitle the affected member to any refund of registration fees, commitment fees, membership dues, subscription payments, or any other sums previously paid.
This version is drafted in a more formal contractual style and expressly makes registration and payment of commitment fees a condition precedent to membership.
3. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
All payments made to the Organisation are final and non-refundable.
A refund shall only be considered where a member suffers a permanent injury after completing registration with the Organisation, rendering the member permanently unable to participate in the programme. Such claim shall be supported by satisfactory medical evidence and shall be subject to the Organisation's approval.
Any request for cancellation or refund shall be made by not less than thirty (30) days' written notice to the Organisation. Where a membership plan includes automatic renewal, the subscription shall renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by giving at least thirty (30) days' written notice before the renewal date.
Where applicable, any guarantee or extension of service shall be governed by the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase.
For full details, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
